What is on it

We describe what we do and who we have done it for. We keep it accurate and we correct it when it is not, but nothing on this site is a warranty, a quote or a guarantee of a particular outcome. If a number, a date or a capability matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

The forms

An enquiry sent through this site is an enquiry, not a contract. An application sent through this site is an application, not an offer of employment or engagement, and does not create any obligation on either of us. Work is engaged only under a written agreement.

Send us your own information, and send it accurately. Do not send anyone else's without their say so, and do not use these forms to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may decline to act on a submission and may remove one.

What you may not do with this site

Do not scrape it, crawl it outside normal search engine behaviour, or harvest the contact details on it for marketing. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and do not submit anything containing malicious code. Automated submissions to either form are not welcome and are discarded.

Our material

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and the D.A.C Mining Services name and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Third party company logos shown on this site are the property of the companies they belong to. They appear to identify operations that have engaged D.A.C Mining Services or engaged us through a head contractor. They do not imply those companies endorse us.
