Started by a husband and wife in 2004 and still family owned today. D.A.C Mining Services supplies skilled labour and machinery maintenance across the Australian mining, quarry, port, civil and agricultural sectors, across Australia.
Who started it
Drew and Lisa CALLANDER
D.A.C Mining Services was started in 2004 by Drew and Lisa Callander, and they still own in. Drew was a diesel fitter. Lisa ran the operations. Twenty-two years on; they still own it.
D.A.C Mining Services is one of the original family owned mining labour hire businesses still privately owned.
